About My CHAIR YOGA Classes
I offer 2 Yoga Classes that use a chair as a prop:
1). Mind Body Chair Yoga: A dynamic, active, yet supportive practice seated, standing, and lying down
2). Chair Yoga Flow: A little slower yoga practice, more accessible, yet invigorating practice seated and standing only
Both Classes:
Designed for active older women who find typical hatha or flow yoga a bit too demanding on the body
Tailored for women who are active and want to continue practicing yoga that is challenging but designed for mature bodies (no vinyasas, hands-and-knees postures, or prolonged floor sitting)
Supportive for those managing osteoporosis, joint pain, stiffness, injury, insomnia, anxiety, and depression.
Every class blends mindfulness, challenge, and ease with a focus on kindness, self-compassion, and knowing your mind and body a little bit better.
All classes end with 10 minutes of mindful meditation.

What do I need: Access to a computer/ipad and an internet connection, sturdy chair (no arms), yoga mat, optional: yoga block/strap
