Mind Body Chair Yoga: seated in chair, standing and lying on the floor only

This fluid and invigorating class blends traditional yoga with chair support as needed, creating a mindful, accessible practice. Designed to build strength, stability and flexibility while respecting your body’s needs, the chair enhances alignment, deepens stretches, and provides balance support.

*No hands and knees postures, no vinyasas

What to Expect:

  • Seated and standing postures using the chair for support and alignment, if needed
  • Lying down stretching and movement
  • Gentle flowing movements that connect breath with motion
  • Balance work using the chair as support, if needed
