Chair Yoga Flow: seated in chair + standing only

This full-body yoga practice incorporates a chair for support in both seated and standing postures, offering a safe, accessible way to build strength and enhance flexibility—without floor work. Rooted in mindfulness, breath awareness, and intentional movement, Chair Yoga Flow nurtures a compassionate mind-body connection while promoting balance and stability.


*No hands and knees postures, no vinyasas

What to Expect:

  • Seated and standing postures using the chair for support and alignment, if needed
